Delivery Information

Our delivery charges are as follows and are clearly marked at point of checkout, prices vary depending on size and weight:

Northern Ireland - from £1.95 up to £9.95 (Under 25Kg, maximum of 2.1mt long)

R.O.I - from £2.95 up to £9.95 (Under 25Kg, maximum of 2.1mt long)

England/Scotland/Wales - from £3.95 up to £15.00 (Under 25Kg, maximum of 1.5mt long)

If your order is in stock, please allow up to 2 working days for standard delivery.  If your order is not in stock, we will notify you with estimated delivery time. Contact us before ordering if you require express delivery.

These delivery charges apply to items for delivery in Northern Ireland/Rep. of Ireland up to 25kg and no taller/longer than 2.1mt high.

For delivery to England, mainland Scotland (some Highland regions may incur an additional charge) and Wales items up to 25kg and no taller/longer than 1.5mt high.

For delivery outside mainland UK and Ireland (Offshore, Islands) please contact us for delivery options and pricing.

Some larger items or liquids may incur a surcharge - Please be advised that we may contact you before shipping for payment of additional delivery costs incurred. .


Our Returns Policy


At Killeen Hardware we pride ourselves on providing the best quality tools & hardware along with the highest level of customer service. If for some reason your order doesn’t quite match your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return it and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Any undamaged items being returned for refund must be in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached and are returned at the purchasers expense.  All goods must be returned in the same high quality condition that they arrived in.

All faulty goods being returned for refund or replacement must be in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached and are returned at the customer's own expense. On inspection, a full refund or replacement will/may be offered including carriage charges once the fault is successfully determined. 

We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on our website, however, as different computers display colour tones differently we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown. Order Cancellation


If you would like to cancel your online order, please phone us on 028 3752 2317 within 12 hours of ordering or we will take it as an order for dispatch and carriage will not be refunded if items have left our premises.


Faulty Goods


While we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, if you should find any problem with your order, our team will be happy to resolve this for you. Please call us on 028 3752 2317 and one of our Customer Services Team will happily take you through the returns process. You have 30 days from the date of delivery in which to report any missing or damaged items and we ask you to follow up your initial contact in writing by way of an email to

Please do not attempt to fix any problems yourself without speaking to our team first. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned goods if any changes have been made or items have been disassembled/tampered with as this will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.


For security reasons, unless otherwise stated by customer who made the order, refunds are given by the same method which the original payment was made by.




It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and in the same condition as they arrived ready for collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this causes damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Collections will be arranged within 30 days of notification. If you are arranging to return items yourself, they must be received at our premises within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware if collection is needed our service is an all-day service and we are not able to advise specific delivery times in advance.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
