Delivery Information

We will aim to deliver all products within the agreed timescale specific to each order. However we do not accept responsibility for failing to meet these timescales, provided we deliver within 30 days of receiving payment. This will only ever be due to unforeseen circumstances and we will endeavour to meet all timescales agreed. If a longer timescale is agreed beyond 30 days then we will reserve the right to extend this where needed. We will strive to notify you if we fail to meet the agreed timescale and accept you may want to cancel your contract with us. 

It is best practise and through our experience we strongly recommend that you don’t book fitters or tradesmen until we’ve delivered your order in full and you’ve thoroughly inspected the products are fit for use and to the correct specification. Please note that we can’t be held responsible for any modifications made by fitters or tradesmen, even in a situation where the goods are faulty or incorrect. So if a joiner hangs the wrong doors, that isn’t are responsibility. We also aren’t liable for costs incurred by you from tradesmen or fitters as a result of your order not being delivered, or delay to delivery. 

We will always strive to deliver a complete order, however if any item on your order isn’t available for delivery our default policy is that we will wait until all the items are available before attempting delivery. If you wish to have a part order delivered this may incur further delivery costs.

We will leave goods to site without being signed for in circumstances where no one is available for receiving the goods. In this situation the goods are the responsibility of the customers. We will however strive to always receive a signature from someone over the age of 18, it is the customers responsibility to arrange someone to be present for receiving a delivery. As best practise we will make try to contact before leaving goods unsigned for. 

Products delivered as faulty or damaged

You as a consumer have certain rights and none of our policies will ever infringe those legal rights. If there is any issue with a delivery please contact us via email as soon as possible and have all the appropriate details to hand to help us manage the situation as effectively as efficiently as possible. If we offer you a refund it will most likely be via the means to which you purchased the goods from us i.e.. Cancel a transaction on an account or refund you via debit card. 

To exercise your Consumer Cancellation Right, you must contact us at any time before the Products are dispatched or within 14 days of delivery, starting on the day after your delivery is made. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14 day period starts the day after the last instalment is delivered. If we receive your cancellation notice outside these timeframes, your Consumer Cancellation Right will not apply. Please also note that if you exercise your Consumer Cancellation Right after the Products have been delivered, you’ll be responsible for returning the Products to us at your own cost and within 14 days of cancelling your order.

Once you have exercised your customer cancellation right you can return any goods in store to our Armagh branch, you will need a copy of your proof of purchase and the goods will need to be passed by a member of the relevant department to which you purchased the good. So a bathroom salesman cannot pass a lawnmower as suitable for a return. You can also arrange a collection by our delivery team but this needs to be processed through the appropriate channels as previously covered in our delivery section. There may be charges attached depending upon location and costs of goods returned. 

We’ll refund your returned products as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 14 days after receiving them back to our Armagh store. The refund will be made to the debit or credit card you used to purchase the products. Please note that we have the right to reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any decrease in the products’ value that has resulted from the transaction or any handling of the goods. 

Any returns must be returned in their original condition within 30 days purchase and receiving the goods. You’ll be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost unless otherwise arranged for collection and we may deduct charges from the amount of your refund where relevant.
