Where are you located?
We are located just off the main A28 Armagh to Newry road less than 3 miles from the city of Armagh. Our adress is 1 Killycapple Road, Co Armagh BT60 2AG.
Are you open to the general public or just to the trade?
We are open to all and can accommodate the public with all their DIY and home building needs.
Can you special-order items that aren't in stock?
If we have a supplier for the brand you are looking and it is feasible to do so we can order things in specifically for a customer. Guarantees from the customer that they will defiantly purchase the product may be required. For example we would be happy to order in a specific piece of snickers workwear if we don't have your size in stock.
Do you cut timber to size in-store?
Timber can be cut to size in store on request
Do you cut glass to size in-store?
Yes we have a specialist glass cutting machine that can cut glass to meet your size specifications
Do you cut keys in store?
Yes we cut keys right here in our Armagh based store.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes trade accounts are available to those it is applicable too.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card and contactless
Do you have a bathroom showroom I can visit?

Do you offer blade sharpening services?
Yes we offer blade sharpening for chainsaws and other tools.
Do you do garden machinery repairs and servicing?
Yes we offer garden machinery repairs and servicing to keep your garden products in top shape.
Do you provide VAT invoices for every purchase?
Yes Vat invoices are created for each purchase.
Do you have a forklift on-site to load heavy pallets onto my vehicle?
Yes we have forklifts on site for loading and unloading of products.
Do you stock agricultural products for farmers and land owners?

What are your opening hours?
We open 07:45 to 17:30 on Monday to Friday and from 08:30 to 13:00 on Saturdays.
Is there parking available?
Yes there is parking available onsite and we have the ability to load and unload large vehicles.
Do you have multiple branches?
No we currently only have one branch in the heart of Armagh. However within the one branch you can find an exceptional wide range of products to do a huge amount of jobs.
Can you mix paint to order?

What is your returns policy?
Our website returns policy is available here. This policy is probably similar to what it is in store however there may be some change. The best thing to do would be to contact us and we can discuss what can be done in your case.
Do you sell fuel, oil, or batteries for garden tools?
Yes we sell accessories for garden tools that you may require. We have a specific garden machinery shop on site specialising in everything you need to get your garden in top shape. Are you open on Saturdays or Sundays?
We like our staff to rest on Sundays however we are open from 08:30 to 13:00 on Saturdays.
