Website Returns Policy

Goods ordered incorrectly / are surplus to requirements. 

If goods are returned to us in an acceptable condition for resale we will offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. The cost of returning goods will be at the cost of the customer. 

We advise you take the necessary care in sending goods back to us as any goods retuned in a condition that is not suitable for re sale will not be refunded. Send goods back in full packaging and any extra packaging that may be needed to protect the goods in transit. 

Goods that we correctly deliver based on the information provided to us that are returned or refused upon delivery are subject to admin and handling charges. This may range from 10 – 25% of the value of the goods and is calculated at our own discretion. 

Any products that are bespoke in any way, either cut or shaped for the customer will not be refunded. Do not send a bespoke item back to us as you will incur the cost of doing so and receive no refund thus costing you more. 

A refund will only be given via the payment method received and upon us receiving and assessing the product/products. 

When you receive the goods ordered it is upon you as the customer to inspect the goods for damage or defects, once goods have been used or fitted we consider this acceptance of the goods and no refund will be offered. 

If in the rare circumstance that goods delivered are faulty through a manufacturing fault or damaged please notify us as soon as possible. Please give a thorough explanation of the damage and attach images to your email if possible. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we believe this is a reasonable length of time to inform us of any issue. You can email us at

Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refunds will not be given.

You can not return any products order via our website, instore. Please use the process outlined and do not arrive with returnable goods to our Armagh site. We will not be responsible for goods returned instore that were purchased online. The appropriate channels for returns online must be adhered to. No refund will be offered if you return an online purchase to our instore site.
