Our unique build a quote system allows you to price up various options and make an informed decision on your building & DIY projects.

Any quote we offer is subject to the quantities and information submitted at the time of the quote. We cannot guarantee prices pro rata, prices may vary depending upon quantities requested. We reserve the right to reject a quote given to someone through a third party. (You cannot share a quote with someone else). All quotes will expire within two weeks of being sent to the customer, even if verbal guarantees are given to extend the life of a quote we do not stand over this. Cost prices for raw materials change frequently so we cannot guarantee quotes beyond the two weeks as previously stated and we reserve the right to withdraw a quote before the two week period if our cost prices have changed. This applies for all quotes given by Killeen Hardware either instore or online. Products as seen on our website may vary from goods quoted for and purchased. E.g. colour of shore pipe or manufacturer of sewer pipe. Discrepancies will be minimum but may need to be taken into consideration.

We aim to respond to all quote requests within 24 hours however we often need to liaison with suppliers on availability and up to date cost prices so some quotes may take longer than 24 hours to be returned to the customer.
